The device won't connect to the appUpdated 2 months ago

Not connecting is often due to OVR Connect not having permissions for wireless connections. The easiest fix is to delete and re-install the app, allowing permissions when prompted.

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and that the OVR Connect app has permission to access Bluetooth in your device settings.

2. Restart the OVR Velocity device by turning it off and on again.

3. Check the status LED on the device:

  • Green indicates the device is connected.
  • Red indicates it is not connected.

4. Close and re-open the OVR Connect app, tap the link icon in the top right corner, and wait for your device to appear in the list. Tap on your device to connect.
