Not connecting is often due to OVR Connect not having permissions for wireless connections. The easiest fix is to delete and re-install the app, allowing permissions when prompted.

If your OVR Jump device won't connect to the OVR Connect app, try these steps:

1. Check Bluetooth settings

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
  • Verify that the OVR Connect app has permission to access Bluetooth in your device settings.

2. Restart the device

  • Turn the OVR Jump device off and then on again.

3. Verify tether mode

  • Ensure the device is not set to "Link" in tether mode, as this mode disables app connectivity.

4. Look for the link icon

  • The link icon on the device's display indicates a successful connection. If it’s not showing, try reconnecting through the app.

5. Reconnect via the app

  • Close and re-open the OVR Connect app, tap the connect icon, and select your device from the list.
