<h2 id="screen-layout">Screen layout</h2><p>Customize what data is shown on the main screen. Choose between average and peak velocity, average and peak power, time to peak velocity, and elastic acceleration index.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Change Weight</h2><p>Use this to change the weight on the device. This can also easily be done through the OVR Connect app.&#xA0;</p><p><em>Note: The weight variable does not affect the velocity measurements on the device.</em></p><h2 id="isPasted">Eccentric Mode</h2><p>Turn on eccentric mode to reverse the measurement from concentric to eccentric. This can also be done in the OVR Connect app.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Minimum ROM</h2><p>Change the minimum range of motion the device will record a rep. If a rep is performed under this threshold, it will not be recorded.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Timer</h2><p>Enable or disable the rest timer on the top of the screen. This timer resets anytime a new rep or new set is begun.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Units</h2><p>Change between pounds / inches and kilograms / centimeters. This can also be done in the OVR Connect app.</p>
